SALES AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED We will mentor you, coach you, and prep you for your role within our brokerage company. We have a qualified in house lead system; no need for cold calling or depending on friends and family. Legitimate brokerage company with access to both products and experts to train you effectively Hands-ON, real time training with real people- not just internet modules with limited in-person interaction REQUIREMENTS FOR LIFE INSURANCE BROKER Must be state licensed; if not currently licensed we will help you through that process Be willing to be trained in our system Preferred: A track record of success in financial services and similar sales industries Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week Daily In person client meetings Daily communication with managers to ensure success Quarterly business conference attendance paired with continuous training INCOME Average first year income for our new life insurance agents is 75-95k; however, there is no cap and some make well over 100k their first year.
