Job Duties
As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, auditing, and inputting vendor invoices related to production and in-house payments
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Researching and handling vendor and agency inquiries
- Communicating frequently with local offices to resolve any discrepancies
- Printing required system reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma
- Experience with auditing of vendor accounts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
