Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist) (Part time/Full time)

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist and QC Personnel to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will facilitate the production process by ensuring that accurate documentation is provided to our process server teams. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you review and confirm work entered into our internal systems, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Document Management: Review, file, and manage legal documents using internal systems and email. Quality Control: Verify data accuracy and investigate any discrepancies that arise. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry practices and processes. Project Support: Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned to support the overall production process.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus. Skills: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Exceptional attention to detail. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong desire and ability to be a team player.
