We currently seek Junior Loan Processors with at least one year of mortgage processing experience to join us in a work from home capacity.

Qualifications • At least year of verifiable mortgage loan processing experience, with knowledge of TRID, FHA, VA, and Frannie and Freddie guidelines • The ability to work well in a fast-paced dynamic department • Strong time management skills • The ability to review the entire file, especially client income, asset, and general documentation for accuracy and completeness as well as to package a loan file ready for submission to underwriting • A “whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude with a high level of integrity • A detail-orientation; familiarity with LE and CD mortgage disclosure requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with LOs, clients, openers, AMCs, underwriters, funders, etc. We will provide all equipment, but to be successful when working from home, you must have the following: • Excellent Internet connectivity: • Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better! • Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. • In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. • A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
