Job Description
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Available Shifts
We offer part-time shifts of 15-20 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home. Our phone system is provided, and you'll have access to world-class technology to help you succeed.
Position Responsibilities
* Guide customers through their order and process them in a fast-paced environment using our cutting-edge technology.
- Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers navigate their accounts and resolve any issues they may be experiencing.
- Provide knowledgeable and accurate answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
