We are seeking a talented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is created to provide support to our sales teams. In this role, you will work directly with the Account Executives and Account Managers to assist with data entry, billing inquiries, proposal review and other items as requested. Successful candidates will be a self-starter, have a strong worth ethic, and take initiatives to support and assist the team where needed. This position is critical to the team's success in helping to ensure client success and provide team efficiencies. Primary responsibilities in this position will include, following up past due invoice generated by LTG Finance via email and phone calls, assisting in scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team, assist in creating order forms, update opportunity/account/contact records in salesforce as well as other word processing requests (creating documents, etc) Key Working Relationships: The key working relationships are as follows: • Affirmity Sales Teams • Affirmity Services Team on occasion • LTG Finance on occasion • Current / Prospective clients • Central Services Bid Team Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with investigating customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues • Assist with Salesforce software platform on administrative duties such as, but not limited to, updating opportunities, adding new opportunities, and building quotes • Assist with other administrative duties related to direct sales engagements such as PowerPoint presentations, proposal reviews, and order forms. • Manage Auto-Renewal notification process and order processing • Assist team with regular updates to Opportunities to prevent stalling • Provide customer service by assisting the team with follow-up and/or customer needs as requested. Skills and Experience: Basic Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • Knowledge of computer software systems including Google Drive, Google Documents, Google Sheets, Google Meets, MS Office with intermediate MS Excel knowledge • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and/or Apollo.io Preferred Qualifications • Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields • Excellent written, analytical, marketing and business development skills and ability to execute daily tactical activity to support achievement of sales targets • Strong administrative, time management and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple request and multi-task independently using self-management skills • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, colour, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
