Data Entry Specialist Role
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and support our multicultural teams in different projects around the world. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches, proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
- Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
- Advanced English level
