This is a remote night-shift position requiring candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities ? Perform accounting tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for US-based clients. ? Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations. Training would be provided for the same. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. ? Collaborate with clients and internal teams for account management and reporting. ? Handle client communication effectively in English, both written and verbal. ? Work with accounting software/tools to manage daily tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications ? Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Accounting. ? Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles. ? Communication: Proficiency in English (verbal and written). ? Technical Requirements: ? Own a laptop with required specifications to perform the job. ? Stable and reliable internet connection. ? Commitment: Willingness to commit to a minimum tenure of 2 years. Salary and Benefits ? Compensation: ?35,000 - ?40,000 per month. ? Working Hours: Night Shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST). ? Remote work flexibility with a supportive work environment.
