Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience, from check-in to boarding and beyond. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of $25-$35/hour, plus benefits and perks that will help you climb the career ladder.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their journey

  • Assist customers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
  • Ensure that customers have the correct travel documentation and provide guidance on any issues
  • Work with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to pass a physical capacity test (PAT)
  • Ability to pass a customer service assessment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
