Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Prior State Farm experience (required). Property/Casualty license.
