You will work independently from anywhere, contributing to the team's efficiency and helping meet critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and manage claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines. Make routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary. Maintain accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits. Apply policy provisions effectively and handle sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality. Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. Skills: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Working Hours: Flexible work schedule with full-time availability required to meet deadlines and respond to customer needs.
