What You’ll Do: As a fully remote Intervention Specialist, you’ll: • Provide virtual support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them thrive academically and socially. • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals. • Use engaging online tools and resources to create an interactive and effective learning experience. • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet each student’s evolving needs with a case load of 20-25 What You Need: • A valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license. • A degree in Special Education or a related field. • 2 years previous experience working with students with special needs (teletherapy experience is a bonus, but we’ll train you if you’re new to it!). • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. • A passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed.
