Junior Test Prep Instructor - Part-Time - Current College Students

MasteryPrep, the leading test prep provider in the nation, is seeking enthusiastic, engaging individuals to teach our mastery-based ACT/SAT curriculum in person at schools across the South and Southeast regions. This is a seasonal contract role, with contracts beginning in October/November and paid development training occurring during the remainder of Fall Semester and over Winter Break. You?ll begin delivering our Boot Camps to high school students in January/February with work opportunities anticipated through April. Why Join Us? What You?ll Do: ? Teach engaging and impactful in-person lessons using MasteryPrep's curriculum for standardized exams like the ACT and SAT. ? Inspire and motivate students with dynamic and interactive presentations that bring test prep content to life. ? Cover a variety of subject areas, focusing on specific strategies that are proven to help students succeed. ? Travel to various high schools in your area for in-person instruction, with all travel accommodations provided by MasteryPrep. Requirements ? Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate -- all majors) ? Minimum ACT score of 26 or SAT score of 1200 ? Engaging and dynamic presentation style, comfortable speaking in front of large groups ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others ? Positive attitude, enthusiasm for education, and a desire to make a difference ? Strong organizational and time management skills ? Availability to attend training sessions starting in October (paid) and deliver instruction starting in January/February ? Willingness to travel locally for in-person instruction ? A valid U.S. driver's license and access to a personal vehicle ? Currently residing in TX, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, NC or SC ?
