Job Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products or services to enhance their overall experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize various applications and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume inbound call environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficient reading abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively, utilizing various applications and tools
  • Basic proficiency in PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
