Responsibilities • Implement and optimize site merchandising strategies focusing on conversion and guest engagement. , • Plan and execute brand-building, category-optimized site content in collaboration with category leaders. , • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guest behavior to optimize performance and inform strategies. , • Establish strong relationships across cross-functional teams to advance digital objectives. , • Deliver financial goals and objectives for the category. Requirements • Four-year degree or equivalent experience , • 4+ years of e-commerce experience , • Strong technical acumen and creative sensibility , • Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations , • Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning and execution , • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and business metrics , • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
