As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to AirBNB customers, addressing their inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring a pleasant experience. Your main role will be to act as the first point of contact for AirBNB users, handling a range of queries from booking issues to policy clarifications.
