Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. 4. Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently. 5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 7. Meet personal and team customer service targets and call handling quotas.
