Tasks & Responsibilities: • Participate in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom. • Develop marketing strategies across various platforms. • Learn and implement lead generation techniques through social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with guidance from our expert team. • Conduct structured interviews with candidates over the phone (training and scripts provided). • Facilitate the provision of information to suitable applicants. • Arrange online Q&A sessions through follow-up appointments. • Mentor and support new clients, offering a range of guidance and training. • Utilize a variety of marketing methods to build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand.
