About the Role

As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing complex problems, and delivering comprehensive solutions in a timely and professional manner. You will navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complex problems, and delivering comprehensive solutions
  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and resolve customer complaints
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

What We Look for in a Candidate

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for helping others, be naturally empathetic, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. While customer service experience is a plus, it is not required. You should be able to work independently in a remote setting, with a distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet. You should also be able to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Essential Qualifications:
