As a TikTok Moderator at American Express, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our digital platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content adheres to community guidelines, identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content, and fostering a positive online experience for all users. Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions. Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication, media studies, or a related field is a plus. 2. Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions. 5. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 6. Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. 7. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
