The role: Tutors will... deliver high level and quality training to our apprentices or someone with a background in Business looking to become a tutor can do so. We are looking for someone to tutor a mix of courses oriented around the operations of a business. Training will be given to the right candidate if required. Key Responsibilities: To provide training, support and guidance to learners working towards their apprenticeship standard either in group or 121 workshops. Liaise with Employers Prepare Apprentices for End-Point Assessments (EPA) Compliance with Industry Standards Provide Pastoral Support Administration and Reporting Continuous Improvement Understand and proactively promote Prevent, Safeguarding, Equality and Health & Safety Be prepared to work from home and occasionally visit apprentices in their places of work as needed. These responsibilities ensure that apprenticeship tutors support both the academic and workplace development of apprentices, creating a bridge between education and industry. Desirable Qualifications: Assessor Qualification D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA Teaching Qualification Level 3 Award in Education or above Maths, English and ICT GCSE, A Level or Functional Skills at Level 2 Essential Requirements: If you are not a tutor, you will need a background in Business (3 years experience minimum, ideally in a management/senior position) and want to teach Full training will be given to the right candidate Personal Qualities: Self-motivated A passion for teaching A supportive nature Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Flexible approach to work Access to transport Remuneration: Part-time, Full-time, and Contract work option at competitive rates of pay dependant on experience and qualifications Pro rata starting from £29,000 Freelance rates are available Mileage at 35 pence per mile after the first 40 miles Benefits: Flexible working hours.
