Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and testing to determine student needs and eligibility for special education services. • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's distinct requirements and learning objectives. • Deliver direct instruction and support through our online platform, ensuring students remain engaged and achieve progress. • Collaborate effectively with parents, educators, and other professionals to foster a unified educational experience for students. • Maintain detailed records and documentation regarding student progress, services rendered, and communications. Required Skills • Proficient in technology for virtual instruction and assessments. • Outstanding communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport in a virtual setting. • A dedication to delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications • Master's degree or higher in Special Education or an equivalent discipline. • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. • A minimum of two years of experience as a Special Educator.
