Sr. Technical Business, Analyst - (REMOTE)

What you will do: As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive user stories and working closely with stakeholders to manage project priorities. You will evaluate data structures and interfaces, ensuring thorough documentation of technical needs for developers. Acting as a liaison, you will facilitate clear and effective communication between the business and development team. You will understand strategic business needs, and align and drive IT projects to completion. How you will make an impact: • Author user stories that clearly communicate the business requirements to developers and establish acceptance criteria with stakeholders. • Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders, and Data Services team members, to understand the product roadmap and the product backlog. • Collaborate with team members to analyze data schemas and APIs and document data flow across systems and processes as technical requirements. • Acting as a knowledgeable resource for accurate and latest information and effective communicator between business and development teams. • Learn and understand strategic business needs and plans for growth. • Actively participate in virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and actively participate in discussions. • Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality. • Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges. • Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours. • Other duties as assigned. How you will grab our attention: • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of experience and a Master’s Degree, or equivalent experience. • Experience demonstrating success in a complex business and technical environment. • Understanding of agile development methodologies. • Experience with web applications and mobile applications is preferred. • Fluency with SQL programming required • A minimum of 3 years with API testing tools such as Postman required. • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik or similar desired • Strong interpersonal skills working with business and technical teams. • Proven ability to solve problems creatively. • Strong facilitation, communication, organizational and process management skills. • Able to set and manage priorities and quickly come up to speed in dynamic environments. • Proficiency with wireframing, workflow and other product design tools. • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Google Apps. • Possess an Agile / Flexible mindset • Strong attention to detail required • Excellent customer service abilities: written and verbal communication must be superb • Team player - able to complete individual tasks as well as work on a team to accomplish a goal • Conflict resolution and active listening: ability to assess a customers need or concerns and deliver solutions using critical and creative thinking • Proficient with Google Workspace; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus • Remote Work experience required with dedicated home-office/work space • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred • Aptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotely If you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!
