Job Description

TechSupport Solutions Inc. is seeking a Remote IT Help Desk/Service Desk Tech I to join our dynamic team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent technical support and ensuring swift resolution of IT issues. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac OS.
  • Assist with setting up and configuring new systems and applications.
  • Maintain and update client documentation and support records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
  • Provide remote support using remote access tools.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
