Job Summary:

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline of our company, handling customer inquiries and issues with the utmost professionalism. You will be responsible for resolving any customer-related concerns, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering a remarkable service experience.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
– Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
– Maintaining customer records by updating account information
– Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Comfortable using computers and related software
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education is a plus
Experience:
– Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided
