Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures
– Provide information and support to passengers, as needed
– Attend to passengers needs, particularly those with special needs or disabilities
– Serve meals and refreshments and sell duty-free goods
– Handle various cabin situations effectively, including emergencies
– Manage inflight sales and cash handling
– Complete all post-flight duties, including passenger assistance off the plane and conflict resolution
Requirements
– Minimum age of 18 years
– High School diploma or equivalent
– Ability to relocate as required
– Flexible schedule, able to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
– Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset
– Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and maintain a valid passport
– Physically fit to meet the job demands, including reaching overhead bins and standing for long hours

Educational Qualifications
