Job Description
As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will interact with customers via our online chat platform, assisting them with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and other travel-related questions. You will ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information, helping to enhance their travel experience with Delta Airlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to Delta’s customer service standards.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about Deltas policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Handle escalated issues with tact and professionalism.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications
