Job Summary:

AT&T, one of the leading telecommunications companies in the US, is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist. This role is stationed in Simi Valley and offers a flexible schedule with working hours not exceeding four hours per shift. The selected candidate will be entitled to an hourly wage between $15 and $20, depending on experience. Job Description:

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the front line of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and provide thorough, accurate, and efficient customer service. You will also be tasked with maintaining customer accounts and records, as well as resolving customer complaints or forwarding them to the relevant departments.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and records

• Resolve customer complaints or forward them to the relevant departments

• Follow communication scripts and handle different topics

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Proficiency in English; bilingual a plus
