Job Description:
Amazon Flex, the worlds leading online marketplace, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Whole Foods Grocery Delivery Specialist in California. This role is part of our commitment to delivering Whole Foods groceries to our customers’ doorsteps in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
– Accurate picking and packing of grocery orders from Whole Foods Market
– Handling customers’ orders with utmost care and attention
– Ensuring that orders are delivered in a timely manner, adhering to the set delivery schedule
– Maintaining a high level of customer service during delivery
– Adhering to all food safety and handling procedures
– Using a smartphone and navigating apps to follow the delivery route
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Must be 21 years or older
– Have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
– Comfortable with using a smartphone and navigational apps
– Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is a plus
– Ability to lift heavy items and grocery bags
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent customer service skills
