We are currently seeking courteous, diligent full-time and part-time Pizza Delivery Couriers to join our Dominos team. The position offers an hourly wage of $15, plus tips, and requires less than 4 hours per shift for part-time positions. Description:
The Pizza Delivery Courier will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. The ideal candidate will have excellent navigation skills, stellar customer service, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
– Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
– Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
– Accepting payments for delivered items.
– Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
– Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
– Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license.
– Clean driving record.
– Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
– Strong time management and customer service skills.
– Ability to walk, drive, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
Educational Qualification:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
– Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
