Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our call center agents are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.

2. Management and resolve customer complaints.

3. Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.

4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

5. Provide product and service information to customers.

6. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.

7. Process orders, forms, and application.

8. Route calls to appropriate resources.

9. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proficient in relevant computer applications.

3. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

4. Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.

5. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.

6. Excellent data entry and typing skills.
