Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative at Delta, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing solutions to any issues they may encounter. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, from booking to travel completion.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and changes to their itineraries.
  • Provide information about Delta’s services, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.

Educational Qualifications

While a high school diploma is required, candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field will be given preference. Relevant experience in customer service and a strong passion for the airline industry will also be highly regarded.
