Position Details: • Location: Fully Remote • School Year: 2024-2025 • Contract Type: 1099 • Student Needs: Working with students with diverse disabilities • Caseload Information: Provided during the interview Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs, working closely with parents, school administrators, and other professionals. • Use a range of assessment tools to track student progress and adapt instructional methods as needed. • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that enhances student engagement. • Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to ensure effective integration and accommodations in the mainstream classroom. • Apply various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities. • Track and document students’ progress, behaviors, and achievements; maintain detailed records and reports. • Engage with parents and guardians to maintain open communication and involve them in their child’s educational process. • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities as required.
