Job Description

As a customer support representative at blithequark, you'll be working with top-tier clients, providing exceptional support to their customers. You'll be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to top-tier clients via phone and ticket support

  • Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solving concerns and issues
  • Work with a variety of clients, each with their unique products and services
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
  • Follow a written workflow and adapt to changing priorities and client needs
  • Maintain a friendly tone and provide a positive experience for customers
  • Willingness to adjust for feedback and help the team improve processes and procedures

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Friendly tone and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends (5am-7pm PST)
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

Compensation and Benefits:

* Hourly rate: To be discussed in the interview phase

  • Commitment: 90 days, 20 hours per week
  • Language: English
  • Pay rates vary by client and are not negotiable. Rates will be disclosed during the interview process.
