We are currently seeking experienced Legal/Judicial contract candidates who possess substantial experience in transcribing depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings. In this role, you will focus on processing audio recordings with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring you accurately capture what is said while applying a strong familiarity with legal terminology and exceptional grammar. Tasks will involve producing verbatim transcripts while adhering to established style guides. Skills Requirements Experience with court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription required. Excellent listening skills. Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides. Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar. Ability to collaborate remotely. Proficiency in typing with both speed and accuracy. Capability to process extreme audio/text content (may be offensive). Ability to pass a background check. Familiarity with legal terminology. Court reporting students will also be considered.
