Job Description
As an Amazon Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while contributing to our mission of delivering world-class customer experiences. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, and product information requests. Provide accurate information regarding Amazon products and services. Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfactory resolutions. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Restrictions Must be located within the United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must have access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
