As a Call Center Liaison, you will serve as a connection for callers, exemplifying our core competencies of... cultural, clinical, and operational excellence. You will be the go-to for all things Complete Care! Summary of duties: Provide the highest level of Serviceship to all patients, internal and external customers. Responsible for assisting patients with physical injuries from trauma. Serve as a liaison for callers, exemplifying our core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence. Duties & Essential Functions: • Provide detailed solutions and answers to all inquiries. • Effectively manage needs by directing callers to the appropriate contacts • Support Complete Care office staff to conduct outbound communication with patients as needed. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Accepting of change or diversity within the workplace • Work closely with internal staff to ensure smooth processes. • Ability and willingness to exude passion and empathy. • Other related duties as the job requires. Skills & Expectations: • Possess exemplary communication skills, both written and oral with patients and staff • Ability to perform individually and as a team member. • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages • Demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail. • Absorb knowledge about the company to effectively communicate and answer any questions from patients.
