Position Overview: We are seeking empathetic and positive Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists to connect with our customers. This role involves answering questions, resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations. Our Specialists provide a unique, unscripted customer experience, making them central to our success. Responsibilities: • Serve as the voice of Birchbox through live chat, phone, email, and social media. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care, offering creative solutions. • Share customer feedback with the team to enhance the customer... experience. • Take ownership of the customer experience and contribute to a positive team culture. Requirements: • Prior customer service experience is required. • Available to work 20-30 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must have a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for beauty and wellness. • Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot effectively.
