TEKsystems is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work with a major Insurance Institution in the Duluth, Georgia area. This is a REMOTE position, BUT have to be local to the surrounding Georgia areas. Job Description: Increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing members, customers, patients, and providers with accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information... and prepare them to fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage. Build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members in accordance with compliance guidelines. Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish) speaking - will be required to take assessment Two years of Customer Service experience required Call Center experience required (Healthcare highly preferred) High school diploma or equivalent experience in related field or combination of education and work experience required Minimum typing speed = 30+ wpm (required) Must have high speed internet... and ability to work from home in a quiet environment Pay: $17.00 / hour About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
