Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BODS with HANA Modeling Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, data modeling, and ETL processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and SAP HANA modeling to design, develop, and implement robust data solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze data requirements. Design and develop efficient ETL processes using SAP BODS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into SAP HANA. Create complex HANA models, including attribute views, analytical views, and calculation views, to support advanced analytics and reporting. Optimize data models and ETL processes for performance and scalability. Perform data quality checks and implement data cleansing procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and modeling issues. Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BODS and HANA technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP BODS and HANA modeling. Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles. Proficiency in SQL and database design. Experience with data modeling techniques and tools. Ability to analyze complex data and identify data quality issues. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP HANA Advanced Analytics. Knowledge of other SAP BI tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
