Accounting/Data Entry Clerk (Typist) - Remote | WFH

Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client data, booking details, and travel information in our systems. Regularly update and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Generate and manage reports related to bookings and customer interactions. Travel Booking Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations and travel services. Manage and update booking information to match client preferences. Resolve travel-related inquiries and issues promptly. Customer Service Deliver top-notch service via phone, email, and chat, addressing client needs with professionalism and empathy. Assist with changes, cancellations, and modifications to travel plans. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Scheduling Duties Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments. Maintain organized schedules and ensure timely execution of tasks. Prepare and manage itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents.
Qualifications
Experience in a travel agent or customer service role with a solid understanding of travel industry processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency with travel booking systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling bookings and scheduling.
