Feasibility Associate

We are looking for a remote Feasibility Associate to join the Commercial Division at Flourish Research! The Feasibility Associate will be responsible for supporting Flourish Research through feasibility studies and sharing site capabilities and experiences with sponsors and CROs. The Feasibility Associate will also support the Business Development and Budgets & Contracts teams in all aspects by communicating new study leads across the company. This role will possess basic knowledge and awareness of the clinical trial therapeutic areas as they relate to opportunities for revenue growth. Shift: Monday-Friday, normal business hours Compensation: Base compensation based on experience... + comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401k match RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage site pipeline and opportunities aligned with therapeutic areas. • Build and maintain relationships with site staff and business development teams. • Update and maintain the CRM database for assigned projects. • Complete feasibility questionnaires using patient databases, metrics, investigative sites, and marketing information. • Ensure timely and accurate CRM entry for opportunity progress. • Respond to study inquiries via email, phone, and in-person. • Communicate with Sponsors/CROs and oversee the feasibility process to site selection. • Assist in communicating study timelines, objectives, and enrollment goals to the site team. • Attend necessary meetings and functions to support business development. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and systems. • Participate in team and partner calls, pre-study visits, and necessary communications within Flourish Research. • Represent Flourish Research professionally and courteously. • Maintain high accountability, integrity, and confidentiality. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS • BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. • Minimum of 2 years experience in clinical trials or biological research. • 2 years experience in business development strategies. • Demonstrates core values and required skillset. • Meticulous, organized, and proactive. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and internet-based applications. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. • Adaptable and capable of taking on additional tasks as needed. • Proficient in utilizing and maintaining CRM software and reporting capabilities. • Assists with key initiatives and process improvements in the department.
