Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and selling insurance products to new and existing customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our customers and drive business results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a significant plus
  • Business professional attire and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pass state licensing requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is an asset
