You will assist passengers with various inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries.

  • Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements.

•

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution.

•

  • Provide information about Deltas services, policies, and procedures to customers.

•

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
