Responsibilities

Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent; some colleges prefer it. Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Emotional intelligence to deal with various types of customers calmly and effectively Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Availability to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
