Position Overview – Remote Support Specialist, Chat

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Chat Management: Respond promptly to live chat sessions from existing and potential customers, verifying account details, order status, and product inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Sales Enablement: Leverage deep tire knowledge to educate shoppers, recommend the right products, and guide them toward a confident purchase decision, ultimately driving conversion rates.
  • Outbound Outreach (as needed): Initiate proactive chat or email contacts to follow up on leads, promote new promotions, and uncover upsell or cross‑sell opportunities that increase revenue.
  • Order Processing & Issue Resolution: Process online orders, returns, replacements, warranty claims, and installation requests; track deliveries and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Customer Advocacy: Maintain a 100 % satisfaction focus by following up via phone or email, gathering feedback, and resolving any post‑purchase concerns.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency navigating multiple computer programs, chat platforms, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.
