Position Summary

The Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our client and case data. Working from the comfort of your home office, you will be responsible for accurately transferring, organizing, and updating information within our proprietary systems, while providing essential administrative support to the broader team. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will ensure that our case files are complete, compliant, and ready for timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation & Filing: Create, format, and file documentation in accordance with arenaflex’s naming protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Data Acquisition: Gather all necessary supporting information—such as income statements, tax filings, and asset details—to ensure each file is comprehensive and ready for analysis.
  • Client & Creditor Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries from creditors, debtors, and internal stakeholders, providing clear and courteous updates.
  • System Management: Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the internal Ascend platform to extract, verify, and input case details, ensuring data consistency across all repositories.
  • File Review & Follow‑Up: Conduct thorough reviews of files for completeness, flagging missing documents and coordinating follow‑up actions with internal teams.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of provincial insolvency laws, Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) registrations, and other jurisdiction‑specific requirements to each case.
  • Financial Calculations: Compute income, surplus income obligations, and realizable values for assets, supporting accurate debt‑resolution proposals.
  • Document Generation: Draft and prepare all necessary signatures, including DocuSign packages, ensuring compliance with policy and legal standards.
  • Confidentiality & Data Security: Safeguard client information by adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and data‑protection best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data‑entry processes, propose enhancements, and assist in the rollout of new software tools.
  • Ad‑hoc Projects: Participate in special initiatives, such as statutory document filing, proposal reviews, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high‑volume data entry with a track record of exceptional accuracy (error rate
