[Remote] Key Account Manager

MSI Americas is a global company specialized in technology and telecommunications solutions, seeking a Freelance Key Account Manager for the U.S. market. The role focuses on generating new business, closing strategic contracts, and building sustainable commercial relationships within the U.S. technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and activate commercial opportunities within existing or new IT sector accounts in the U.S. market
- Manage the full consultative sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Sell solutions such as Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, IT Outsourcing, Cybersecurity, and advanced digital services
- Build strong relationships with technology decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement Leaders, and Innovation Leaders
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to structure competitive value propositions for U.S.-based clients
- Maintain active pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial performance tracking
- Participate in networking activities, technology events, and demand generation initiatives focused on the U.S. technology sector
Skills
- Recent experience as a Key Account Manager / Client Account Manager / Business Development Manager within the technology industry
- Active network of contacts within U.S.-based companies related to Cloud, AI, SaaS, Software, IT Services, or Digital Transformation
- Proven track record closing high-value technology service contracts
- Ability to open new markets and develop business opportunities from scratch
- Advanced English level
- Strong understanding of consultative B2B sales for technology solutions
- Commercial experience selling services to companies in the United States
- Experience selling technology services in the United States market is mandatory
