They are seeking a Part Time Remote Financial Educator & Team Lead to build and mentor a team of financial educators while executing marketing strategies and consulting clients on financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute Marketing & Client Acquisition Strategies: Drive brand awareness and build local relationships using our modern educational marketing platform
- Recruit & Scout: Actively build, mentor, and scale your own team of financial educators
- Coach & Develop: Run training sessions, analyze performance data, and help your team members hit their career goals
- Consult: Analyze client goals to design winning game plans for debt reduction, investments, and wealth protection
Skills
- Must pass a background check and state license exam
- 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
- Background in Athletics, Sales, Marketing, Coaching, or Leadership is highly preferred
- Strong desire to learn client acquisition, personal branding, and sales systems
