Role Overview

The Strategic Account Strategist for Mid‑Market Sales will serve as a trusted advisor to arenaflex’s most ambitious advertisers. You will partner with business owners, marketing leaders, and agency teams to craft and execute advertising strategies that drive revenue, brand awareness, and market share. Leveraging a deep understanding of arenaflex’s advertising suite—including arenaflex Ads and other programmatic solutions—you will guide clients through the entire lifecycle of a campaign, from discovery and planning to execution and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with mid‑market clients, gaining insight into their business challenges, marketing objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Design data‑driven advertising strategies that align with client goals, present tailored arenaflex solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal product, analytics, and support teams as well as external agencies to coordinate workflows, resolve issues, and accelerate project timelines.
  • Growth Enablement: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, propose upsell and cross‑sell initiatives, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling techniques.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous, forward‑thinking analyses of campaign data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and communicate results in clear, compelling narratives.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in‑depth, up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex advertising products, platform updates, and industry trends to position arenaflex as the go‑to solution for client success.
  • Storytelling & Narrative Building: Craft persuasive stories that illustrate the value of arenaflex solutions, using storytelling as a core engagement strategy to win stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Travel & Client Engagement: Travel up to 20% of the time to meet clients on‑site, attend industry events, and deepen relationships through face‑to‑face interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client engagements and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of strategically assessing client needs and delivering success through consultative sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Experience collaborating with channel sales partners, advertisers, agencies, and direct clients in a B2B or B2C context.
  • Hands‑on expertise launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, especially on arenaflex Ads and other leading digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio of mid‑market accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets.
